Basic Cancellation Policy
Depending on what you ordered, our cancellation window will differ slightly.
Unpaid order:
Order will not place if you do not make the payment.
Paid order:
We want you to have peace of mind, knowing that your order will arrive in time for your special event. As a result, we aim to start processing your purchased items within 24 hours of the order being confirmed. However, we appreciate these items are important purchases, which is why we have extended our cancellation window.

Once a cancellation request is processed, it cannot be reversed. You would need to place a new order to get the item(s).

Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You'll need to wait for the order to arrive and request a return.
